Rhino was acquired in 2005 by the current management team who have collective management experience in the Specialist Highways Maintenance sector of 80 years.
We wanted to create a company which would break away from practices and ‘traditions’ which are endemic in the sector, namely:
- Differential invoicing i.e. quote low, invoice high
- Service which is more shareholder focused than customer driven
- Variable quality control, resulting from indiscriminate sourcing of raw materials.
The team is 100% accountable and 100% responsible for the values, behaviours and delivery of the company.
