Malcolm has 15 years of operational followed by over 15 years of senior management experience of the Specialist Highway Maintenance industry.

His career, which has taken him to four continents, has included new product development, new service introductions, developing and managing technical training programmes and the installation of patented engineering solutions to resolve long term (highways) problems.

Malcolm’s other core skills include securing product and technical approvals and quality assurance.
