With almost 30 years experience of highway and airport maintenance experience behind him Nicky, who has worked at every operational level in the industry, is one of the most experienced Operations Directors in this sector.

Having trained and managed operations teams in this country and abroad, Nicky is highly skilled in ensuring that every Rhino contract will be completed on time, on budget and to specification.

He will also be responsible for customer liaison both on site and at senior management level.
