To aid with the continued expansion of our business repairing cracks, potholes and highway ironwork we seek to recruit a regional manager for the midlands and north.

About the company

Rhino Asphalt Solutions Ltd is a private limited contracting company offering specialist highway maintenance products with unique properties such as a manhole and gulley repair system with a no-quibble 5 year guarantee and a BBA HAPAS approved suite of crack and joint repair systems.

Formed in 2000 and the subject of a Management Buy Out in 2005, the company is run by the four Directors / Owners. Our promise to the industry is to offer excellent customer service, be highly responsive to our customers needs and flexible to meet their specific requirements.

What about you?

You will work closely with the contracting teams to ensure the company delivers on its promises whilst achieving its business aims. Liaising with the marketing team to maximise opportunities within the region. Identifying sites for your clients that would benefit from our treatments. Specifying appropriate solutions to resolve highway problems. Measuring sites for accurate submission of quotations and dealing with the many aspects of the client / company interface.

You will ideally have an industry background with good knowledge of highway maintenance issues and solutions to resolve these. You will be personable and understanding towards clients needs. You will have excellent communication skills and a desire to grow the business in the region.
