The Ironmaster™ system is backed by a 5-year written guarantee, providing long-term assurance against defects and premature failure. Designed to eliminate the need for repeat repairs, Ironmaster directly tackles a costly issue that burdens the UK highway network—where studies show 50% of traditional repairs fail within 12 months, costing the economy over £250 million each year.

Each installation includes a guarantee certificate, issued to both the contractor and end client, confirming that the Ironmaster system will perform as intended for a minimum of five years.

This certificate serves as your legal entitlement to request a repair or replacement if the installation fails due to product or workmanship defects during the guarantee period.

Maintaining Guarantee Validity

To ensure the guarantee remains in effect, the following client obligations apply:

• Gullies must be regularly cleaned and free from standing water, as Ironmaster mortars are not designed for prolonged immersion.

• Early reporting of potential issues is essential—clients should notify Rhino promptly if any signs of failure are observed.

• New covers and frames must be installed at the outset. While clients may choose to reuse existing ironwork, this would invalidate the 5-year guarantee.

If a failure is identified, then we will, at our cost, replace or repair the installation without affecting the original terms of the guarantee, which will continue to run until 5 years from the date of the original installation.
